The house

Florence’s mother and grandmother settled down in 1953 in the Villa Saint Benoît and created Rosy France, a manufactory of folkloric dolls distributed in the tourist shops throughout France. Around twenty factory-hands worked there every day. After 50 years of activity, Rosy France closed its doors in 2002.

Nowadays

Since then the factory workers and the machines disappeared, but Florence and Clive were happy to remind their visitors the history of La Fabrique à Poupées by using or by diverting furniture and objects which were present in the factory’s workshops.
