This 28 sqm room, located on the 2nd floor was my grandmother Rosy bedroom.

It has a King Size bed (180cm), a beautiful bathroom entirely adorned with natural stone tiles and with a double sink, a bathtub and a walk-in shower, and has all the necessary to prepare breakfast (kettle,  Nespresso coffee machine and a small fridge).

Its a large terrace of 15 sqm, facing south with a garden view is equipped with garden furniture and two relax deckchairs to enjoy the sun.

And for the rainy days, you can watch a film on the smart TV installed in front of your bed.
